Your hiring company uses our platform to design and schedule an interview for you. Once you finish your interview on HackerRank, the reports will be accessible to the company that conducted the interview. HackerRank doesn't share any reports with the candidates, it is up to your hiring company.
At HackerRank interviews, one or more skills are mapped to a question based on the role chosen. The default skills are, Problem Solving, Technical Communication, Code Quality, Language Proficiency, and System Design. The interviewer can rate you between a "strong yes" and a "strong no" against each of these skills and write your feedback specific to a particular skill.
Apart from the Skill-based feedback, the interviewer can also provide you overall feedback on your scorecard. The scorecard is private to the interviewers and will not be visible to you. Your hiring company will let you know the status of your selection via email.
